For those on my flist who don't know, Adam Lambert is now on tour through the US and parts of Canada *YAY!*. He and his bassist, Tommy Ratliff, have been teasing and driving audiences crazy with their PDAs, espcially lately, lots of touching, body rubbing and what appears to be flirting. Like last night in NY where they licked each other! *fans self* Boys, boys, why do you mess with us so? But we do thank you for keeping the fantasy going, the two of you are hot together, and just beautiful to watch *sighs happily*

Adam at the Gridlock New Year's Eve bash. He said he wanted himself and his outfit to be glittery... like a firework, LOL. I think he pulled it off. But even if he didn't, the man still looks gorgeous! *g*

Okay, I know that being followed by the paparazzi becomes part of the territory when one is in the "limelight", but Adam being caught on his own and basically mobbed by these bunch of idiots was pretty freakin' scary! I found my heart racing when I watched it. And what was up with that woman? Sheesh!! Very weird! *shivers* I think Adam handled himself really well and did his best to remain calm, but you could tell he just wanted to get the hell away from them and to the safety of his car. He even asks them nicely to leave him alone, but of course the gaggling group of pea brains wouldn't listen.

Yes, Adam, I really do think you need to hire yourself some help!!

This week I made two Adam wallpapers using "the coat" pics. Does anyone else out there agree that Adam wearing this long coat is freakin' hot! *fans self* Definitely on my list of favorite Adam outfits.

I wish there were a lot more high quality pics of him sporting this look, but the only ones that I found good enough to use are the two I used to make these wallpapers. Oh well, thems the breaks. It's not like there isn't tons of good Adam pics to play with, thank you God! *g*.

For some reason I was having problems with my colour management in Photoshop. I think I fixed the problem, so hopefully the colour quality looks good from your end.

Tonight on American Idol...

Awesome + Brilliant = Adam Lambert

I've been holding it back for a while now, but I just can't do it any more. It's beyond time to let my fangirl out to squee over Adam Lambert!! *SQUEEEEEE!!! SQUEEEEE!!!* The guy is amazing... not to mention absolutely adorable, and freakin' sexy *g*. His talent, voice range and stage performance just blows me away! I can't understand how he's not been snatched up by a record label prior to Idol. And it's not been for lack of trying on his part. He's been pushing his music in LA for quite a few years now and has also performed at events (Upright Cabaret, The Zodiac Show), numerous clubs, and even in theater (Wicked, Ten Commandments). He has this amazing ability to take a song, make it his own and, in turn, thrill the audience with it. What else can I say, in my books the guy is brilliant *g*. Am I enamoured? Oh, just a little! *grins*

Since Adam's explosion onto AI, there's been a lot of speculation about his sexual orientation. Is he gay? Is he straight? Bi? Pics of him kissing both guys and girls are spreading all over the net. But, honestly, it's really nobody's business except his own. I think this person says it best:

"I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that Adam isn’t gay, straight, or bi… I think he just is and believes love comes in all forms, gender doesn’t matter.”

AMEN to that!!!


So, last night on Idol it was the dreaded Disco theme. Each contestant has to find a disco song to perform onstage. Since Adam has more of a rock/punk/goth persona going on I was both concerned and excited to hear what he would come up with. Well, the lad did not disappoint. He sang 'If I Can't Have You by Yvonne Elliman'. It was amazing. God, I was gushing right along side Paula Abdul... Remember what I said about him taking a song and making it his own? Just take a listen...




That was a nice quiet song, yes? Now, if you'd like to hear Adam at the opposite end of the spectrum, turn up the volume, hold on to your hats and prepare to be blown away... This was his performance from last week. Just listen to the crowd when he finishes!!! The boy was born to rock!!!



Tonight is the AI Result show. Two contestants are going to be voted off instead of the usual one. I've got not only my fingers and toes crossed that Adam stays, but my entire body is crossed as well *g*.

I wish Adam the best of luck tonight!! I'll be watching and holding my breath when his turn comes up and we're told if he stays or goes. And, please, if you're in the US don't forget to vote for him if you're a fan!!
