I loved the program I used to make those grabs, unfortunately when I switched my computer over to Windows 7 it was no longer compatable and it won't work! For months now I've been searching for a new program that will make the same nice quality pics, but so far I've been disappointed in what I've found, so the search continutes *sighs*

Technical things are so complicated and I never understand them. I used to think good images were the result of new DVDs and when the DVDs got scratched or over-used then the images would deteriorate but it doesn't sound as if things are that straightforward. I wish you luck in your search.
