PROS - Bodie/Doyle Wallpaper

Okay, I've spent a couple of hours working on this wallpaper, and I'm still not happy with it. I do tend to be my own worst critic, and, I admit, I'm a perfectionist, which is not always a good thing, especially in this case, but there comes a time when one has to throw in the towel and just let things be. So, I'm doing just that before my brain explodes *g*. Even though I'm not pleased with it, I still thought I'd share it with you on the off chance that one of you may like it.

Oh, and as you've probably noticed, I've been playing around with my LJ layout. I've customized the colours and changed the style, and will eventually have a nice, shiny new banner up there as well *g*.

Hi, C!! *hugs you* The wallpaper has a nice masculine touch with the brown that really fits the lovely photo you chose. I have yet to figure out how to put that sidebar thingy with tags and links and stuff in it, when it comes to my LJ layout, but I did get the colors the way I wanted them. And I found a perfect layout design at Dreamwidth for my journal there.

For displaying the 'Tags' and 'Links' go to 'Customize Journal Style' and then click on 'Sidebar'. Once there, go down to the fifth option and it should read like this:

Show the link list in the sidebar? Yes
Title of the links sidebar box. Links
Show tags in the sidebar? Yes
Title of the tags sidebar box Tags

And so on... I have the options for the 'Summary Page' and the 'Calendar' set at 'No', as I don't want them displayed on my page.
