Martin Shaw - Apparitions Wallpaper

I don't know why, but's it's been a while since I played with Martin *gets head examined*.

Thanks to a great friend, who sent me the Apparitions DVDs, I was finally able to watch all the episodes. Martin Shaw was brilliant in this show... not to mention absolutely gorgeous!! What a shame that TPTB are not going to produce any more episodes *cries in her tea*. It truely was a very captivating series.

This week I grabbed episode one and was able to make this wallpaper today. When I get a chance, I do plan on making more, and because there are so many pretty Martin grabs, I have the urge to make a bunch of icons, too *g*.

Since the grabs came out being quite a nice quality, I was able to make three different size wallpapers. Enjoy!

I don't know that show at all but I have always been a Martin Shaw fan, right from when he was Doyle in The Professionals (yes I am showing my age here :).

I think he has got better looking as he has gotten older and always enjoyed watching him in Judge John Deed as well.

We Martin fans pop up all over the place, don't we? *g* Pros is one of my main fandoms, but I still consider myself a fairly new fan. I've been involved in the fandom for about three years now after a friend sent me the DVDs as a gift and I became hooked.

Oh, yes, he's definitely gotten better with age. And in Apparitions, he looks amazing. I loved him in JJD, that was such a good series. And he's just as good, if not, better in Apparitions.

A technical question: did you do the blue eyes? In Pros he definitely doesn't have blue eyes, and I'm wondering about the change.

Ah yes, the million dollar question! *g*. I think there has been many a discussion about the colour of Martin's eyes. I did add the blue colouring because Martin's true eye colour is blue, kind of a pretty light grey/blue, but for some reason in the Pros eps they definitely look green. So, for me, if I'm making something with MS and it's outside of Pros, I'll colour his eyes blue. However, for Doyle, he will always have green eyes! *g*
