Thought For The Week

For ages now I've been collecting poems and verses. I thought that instead of keeping them to myself it would be nice to share them with you here on my LJ. On the Monday of each week I'll post a 'thought for the week' which will either be a verse or a poem. I had done this a while ago on a Yahoo group I had once belonged to and people seemed to enjoy them. I'm hoping that you will enjoy what I share with you as well.

To begin with, here's a little poem about friendship that I've always loved.



There's a miracle called friendship
that dwells within the heart,
And you don't know how it happened
or where it gets it start...
But the happiness it brings you
always gives a special lift
And you realize that friendship
is a very precious gift.
